Victoria and Butchart Gardens

For those of you who haven't heard of Butchart Gardens ( I was one of them), it is one of the places you really need to see. In the 1900's it used to be a concrete pit and then made into a garden and has been growing ever since. Check out the website. www.butchartgardens.com

Chilly Jordanelle weekend

We spent a couple of nights in Jordanelle. It was pretty chilly at night so we just hung out by the fire. Saturday was nice so we rode the Alpine Slide. It was so fun.

I know I have joined the minions of Mormon moms obsessed with the "Twilight" series, but hey I don't judge you. I can't tell you my excitement when I found out the release of the movie is going to be 3 weeks earlier than expected. Woohoo.
I am planning on attending the midnight showing if anyone would like to join me. I know its crazy but I mean really. Don't be a wimp. We aren't going clubbing or drinking or getting tattoo's. Just a little fix of Vampire Perfection. Delicious.

We went to the Bee's game on Friday. It was perfect weather and there were fireworks. Sweet!

Spent 6 days at Deer Creek with the Fam. Good times.

Daybreak Here We Come!

This is a rendering of our house plan, with a few differences. Ours has a wrap-around porch and is a really pretty green color. I love it.

We will be living in a townhome in Centerville for a few months while it is being built. I wish it were done now, oh well. We have done this before and will probably do it again.
