Thanksgiving and the Flu

I guess the only time I got my camera out for Thanksgiving was when we went bowling. I'm awesome. Anyway, we spent the holiday in St. George, and my whole little family was sick. The whole time. Fun. Good times anyway.

Kenna is getting easier to photograph.

Our venture West with the West's

We headed to the beautiful Oregon coast, with our pals the West's. We stayed in a little beach house in Oceanside Ore. It totally rocked.
Apparently Blogger wants this rad picture of Levi, kickin' trash on the rope swing, to be the highlight of our trip. Check out the rest of our trip as well

Cool in the School

Since starting preschool, Kenna's world has opened up to a whole new dimension of communication. She is trying new words and actually using them. We love her teacher this year and the speech therapist is awesome.

Stitches!

About a week ago we had the fine opportunity of enjoying our first set of stitches. Kenna fell in the tub and split open her head. It took 2 nurses and me to hold her down. She fought until the bitter end. After the doctor was done, she was more than happy to get the heck out of there. So, with sticker and popsicle in hand, she was on her way to showing off the battle wound.

The most adorable, vile creatures.

Never open the door to the trailer in the middle of the night, if you hear your garbage rustling. Especially if you have a stupid dog! Oh yes, Eddie got skunked. 4am, we are dazed and confused, trying to see through the blinding stink, and all I had was dishsoap and ketchup. I did the best I could to dull the smell, but lets just say it was a sleepless night. We packed up the next day and had to "gut" the trailer. I did laundry for 3 days straight and I still get whiffs of it now and then. Next time, we will let nature have our garbage.
